Key Responsibilities
- Sort and categorize soiled laundry items by fabric type, color, and degree of soiling.
- Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform stain treatment and apply appropriate cleaning agents to various fabrics.
- Fold, iron, and press linens, ensuring they are impeccably presented and ready for use.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory of linens, reporting shortages or surpluses.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laundry equipment and the facility.
