As a Lawn Care Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to maintain and enhance the beauty of residential and commercial properties throughout the Church-Wellesley Village and greater Toronto area. You’ll learn the fundamentals of turf management, proper use of equipment, and best practices for creating vibrant, healthy lawns. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing on various properties.
- Learn to operate and maintain various lawn care equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as spring clean-ups, leaf removal, and winter preparations.
- Monitor turf health and identify common issues like pests or diseases under supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
