Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance data pipelines and data warehouses.
- Architect and implement robust, secure, and efficient ETL/ELT processes using various data technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools to enhance our data platform capabilities.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues, optimizing performance and reliability.

Required Skills
- Expertise in SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Python or Scala for data engineering.
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services (e.g., S3, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Data Lake).
- Demonstrated experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink).
- In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT methodologies.
