Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning, blended learning, and coaching.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, from conceptualization and content creation to delivery and evaluation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using relevant metrics and KPIs, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align L&D strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning platforms.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for specialized training and development programs.
  • Develop and manage the annual L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consultant on all matters related to employee development and organizational learning.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the company.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
