Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, blended learning solutions, and coaching initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions and facilitate interactive workshops for employees at all levels.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using key metrics and feedback, continuously refining programs for optimal impact.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external vendors to create specialized training content.
  • Stay abreast of L&D best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to ensure our programs remain cutting-edge.
  • Develop and manage training budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by developing and delivering orientation programs for new hires.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to conduct thorough training needs analyses and translate findings into actionable learning plans.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification or other recognized L&D certifications.
  • Experience with performance management systems and talent development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with competency-based training models.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech-driven or similar innovative industry.
