Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Develop personalized coaching plans and strategies tailored to individual client goals.
- Facilitate group workshops and online seminars on relevant life coaching topics.
- Provide actionable guidance and support to help clients identify and overcome challenges.
- Monitor client progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and coaching methodologies.
- Actively participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
- Promote a positive and empowering coaching environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and program offerings.
Required Skills
- Certified Life Coach (ICF or equivalent accreditation)
- Minimum 3 years of direct coaching experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and empathic abilities
- Proficiency in virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet)
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and guide individuals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources, or related field.
