Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of all food items according to standardized recipes and quality standards, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients.
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves.
- Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company standards and guest specifications.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor food freshness and quality, rotating stock as needed to minimize waste.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly throughout the shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Be punctual and reliable, ready to contribute positively to the team environment.
