Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and invoices for accuracy.
  • Sort, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as trained and certified.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the loading dock and surrounding areas.
  • Report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as required, including waste removal and facility upkeep.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
