Key Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers in managing and organizing loan application files from initial submission through to closing.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of application documents, ensuring all required information is present.
- Communicate with applicants to gather missing documentation or clarify information as needed, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Perform data entry into our loan management system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for appraisals, credit reports, and other necessary services.
- Prepare and maintain organized physical and digital loan files, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the loan processing team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
- Learn and adhere to all relevant lending regulations, compliance guidelines, and company procedures.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues in the loan application process to prevent delays.
Required Skills
