Key Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Processors in collecting and verifying necessary loan documentation from applicants and third parties.
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain missing or updated information, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical loan files with meticulous accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and update loan tracking systems to reflect current application status.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy under supervision, identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
- Support the loan processing team with various administrative duties as needed, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Actively participate in training programs and adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Shadow senior processors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle and best practices.
