Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, scanning, storing, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and shipped, updating internal databases and spreadsheets regularly.
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and customs forms, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to schedule pickups and deliveries, tracking shipments to ensure timely arrival.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Help resolve logistical issues such as delayed shipments, damaged goods, or incorrect orders under supervision.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse and office areas.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
