Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.

  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and logistics activities, utilizing internal systems.

  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management tasks, and contribute to stock reconciliation.
  • Help manage vendor relationships, including communication and performance evaluation support.
