Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and meticulous tracking of shipments, encompassing both inbound and outbound logistics.
- Prepare and accurately process all essential shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, invoices, and packing lists.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records, and actively assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation processes.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with carriers, suppliers, and various internal departments regarding shipment status, potential delays, and any discrepancies.
- Support the ongoing optimization of logistics processes to continuously improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance service delivery.
- Utilize specialized logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for comprehensive data entry, analysis, and report generation.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
