Key Responsibilities
- Assist Logistics Coordinators with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates to internal teams and clients as required.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data within our systems.
- Help monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment processes.
- Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service related to shipment statuses.
- Support the resolution of discrepancies, delays, and other logistical challenges.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
Required Skills
