Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing of goods within the warehouse.
- Learn and apply best practices for inventory management, including cycle counts and data entry.
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specific orders and shipping instructions.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after appropriate training (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified later).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to company safety policies.
- Support senior logistics coordinators and warehouse staff with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
- Accurately document and update inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance logistics knowledge and skills.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory status, potential issues, and upcoming tasks.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn logistics and warehouse operations from the ground up.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.

- Previous experience in a general labour or customer service role (non-logistics specific).
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
