Key Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with the safe and efficient loading and unloading of various packages and goods.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery items against manifest sheets to ensure correct order fulfillment.
- Navigate routes with drivers, offering support with directions and scheduling to optimize delivery times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle and storage areas.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers during deliveries, upholding company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
