Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process various logistics documents including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Assist with data entry and management within our logistics software systems.
  • Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely document exchange.
  • Track and trace shipments, updating internal stakeholders on status and potential delays.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval and auditing.
  • Support the logistics team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
