As a Lot Attendant, you will be the backbone of our dealership’s appearance and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our vehicle inventory is meticulously organized, spotlessly clean, and readily accessible for our sales and service teams, as well as our valued customers. This isn’t just about moving cars; it’s about creating a welcoming first impression and supporting the seamless flow of our daily operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organize, park, and maintain the vehicle display lot, ensuring cars are strategically placed and visually appealing.
  • Safely move vehicles between the showroom, service department, storage areas, and detail center as required.
  • Perform routine visual inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and condition, reporting any damages or discrepancies immediately.
  • Wash and detail vehicles, including interior cleaning, as necessary to uphold dealership presentation standards.
  • Assist the sales team by retrieving vehicles for customer test drives and preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Ensure the lot is clean, clear of debris, and safe for both employees and customers at all times.
  • Monitor fuel levels in vehicles and coordinate refuelling as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and traffic regulations while operating and moving vehicles.
  • Support general dealership maintenance tasks and errands as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent in Quebec) with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new tasks and skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and move vehicles for extended periods in various weather conditions.
  • Basic communication skills in English or French.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Outremont and Montreal area roads.
  • Previous experience working in an outdoor environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
