Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in developing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to assign tasks and manage work orders.
  • Help track and monitor the progress of scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Assist in ordering and managing parts and materials required for scheduled work.
  • Learn to use and maintain data in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar software.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments regarding maintenance timelines and potential disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment history, and resource utilization.
  • Support the identification of areas for scheduling improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
