Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment and building systems.
  • Learn to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under supervision.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments, to prolong equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support inventory management of tools and spare parts, reporting deficiencies as needed.
  • Engage actively in all provided training programs and seek opportunities for continuous skill development.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.

Required Skills

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
