Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of equipment and building systems.
- Learn to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues under supervision.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments, to prolong equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support inventory management of tools and spare parts, reporting deficiencies as needed.
- Engage actively in all provided training programs and seek opportunities for continuous skill development.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders regularly
