Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify key challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and actionable roadmaps to address client needs and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and securing buy-in.
  • Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions, providing expert guidance and support to client teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market developments to continually enhance service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex consulting projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders remotely.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • Expertise in at least one key industry sector (e.g., Finance, Tech, Healthcare, Retail) or functional area (e.g., Operations, Strategy, Digital Transformation).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA) or other advanced degree.

  • Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel modelling.
