Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive strategic control framework that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of strategic, operational, and financial risks across the organization.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory standards, corporate governance policies, and internal control procedures.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on risk mitigation and control enhancements.
