Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of the manufacturing process, from material preparation to final product assembly.
- Operate and monitor basic machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Load and unload materials and products, assisting with inventory management as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and objectives.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or eagerness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Good communication skills (English or French).
