Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
- Perform assembly, quality checks, and packaging of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect products for defects against established quality standards.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in company-wide training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
