Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Inspect products for quality defects, proper labeling, and packaging integrity.
- Load and unload items onto conveyor belts and packaging lines.
- Assemble and prepare packaging materials such as boxes, cartons, and labels.
- Accurately count, weigh, and record finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
