Key Responsibilities
- Assist production line operators with various tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Handle, load, and unload raw materials and finished products, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Perform basic equipment setup and adjustments under supervision.
- Conduct quality checks on products at different stages of production, identifying and reporting defects.
- Package finished goods according to specifications, preparing them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all housekeeping and safety procedures.
- Support inventory management by accurately counting and reporting material usage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal in English).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
