Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough secondary research, including literature reviews, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Support primary data collection efforts through various methodologies (e.g., online surveys, phone interviews, focus groups).
- Perform data entry, cleaning, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of research datasets.
- Execute basic statistical analysis using Excel or other relevant software to identify patterns and trends.
- Prepare initial drafts of research reports, presentations, and dashboards, clearly summarizing key findings and insights.
- Collaborate closely with senior analysts and project managers to understand project objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain organized research documentation and databases.
- Stay updated on market research best practices, tools, and industry developments.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions with fresh perspectives and ideas.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data manipulation and analysis) and PowerPoint (for presentations).
