Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to grow our audience and foster community interaction.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and partnerships, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for brand growth.
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Track and report on the performance of social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, customer service) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage and organize marketing assets, including images, videos, and copy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
