Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions, responding promptly and appropriately.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives, both online and offline, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales/engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email newsletters, and website content updates.
  • Analyze social media and campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all planned activities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating visually appealing content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of marketing principles, content marketing, and brand development.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
