Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines and planograms precisely to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, labelled, and displayed according to brand standards and promotional strategies.
- Monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and communicate with store personnel to maintain adequate product availability.
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays, point-of-sale materials, and seasonal presentations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and address challenges.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Provide feedback and insights on product performance, competitor activities, and market trends to the wider team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing appearance of all product displays.
- Complete administrative tasks such as reporting on store visits, display compliance, and stock audits.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail display, preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Exceptional eye for detail and strong visual aesthetic.
- Ability to interpret and implement planograms and merchandising directives accurately.
