Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst with a strong focus on Field Data to join our growing team in Altens, Aberdeen. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, integrity, and utility of data collected from various field operations, transforming it into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making and continuous program improvement. You will be at the forefront of designing robust data collection methodologies, developing intuitive tools, and implementing rigorous data quality assurance processes. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is adept at both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and possesses exceptional communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

This is more than just a data entry role; it’s about shaping the narrative of our impact, identifying trends, uncovering challenges, and highlighting successes through evidence-based reporting. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the power of data to inform and inspire, someone who can bridge the gap between complex datasets and strategic programmatic decisions. If you are a meticulous analyst with a drive for accuracy and a knack for storytelling with data, we encourage you to apply and help us make a tangible difference through robust monitoring and evaluation.
