Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently lift, carry, and load/unload household and commercial items onto moving trucks.
- Pack and unpack items carefully, ensuring proper protection of fragile goods.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Wrap furniture and other items to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist drivers with navigating to and from locations and parking the vehicle safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure a smooth moving process.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with all clients, representing Hiring.zycto positively.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment for everyone.
- Perform general clean-up of work areas and vehicles after each job.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly and safely.
- Strong physical stamina and endurance.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record (an asset, but not required).
