Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting of various mushroom species with care and precision, ensuring minimal damage and optimal quality.
- Prepare and maintain mushroom growing beds, including substrate mixing, spawning, and casing application.
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels within growing rooms, making adjustments as directed.
- Sort, grade, and package freshly harvested mushrooms according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols throughout the farm to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and equipment upkeep.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
