Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the music industry (labels, artists, publishers, tech platforms, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, contracts, and agreements that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies that could impact our business strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure successful integration and execution of new partnerships.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and business cases to potential partners and internal leadership.
  • Monitor performance of new initiatives and partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Represent Hiring.zycto at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning process, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing significant deals.
  • Deep understanding of the global music industry ecosystem, including digital distribution, streaming, publishing, and artist services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
