Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
  • Monitor network performance and availability, identifying and reporting potential issues proactively.
  • Perform routine network diagnostics, troubleshooting connectivity problems, and resolving basic user access issues.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps accurately and comprehensively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance networking knowledge and skills.
  • Assist with inventory management of network equipment and ensure proper tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of network services.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
