Key Responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services during the overnight shift.
- Balance and audit daily revenue transactions and prepare financial reports.
- Process all payment types, adjustments, paid-outs, and corrections with accuracy.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain security of the premises by monitoring surveillance systems and performing walk-throughs.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure the lobby area remains tidy.
- Learn and proficiently use the hotel's property management system (PMS).
- Prepare for the next day's operations by organizing necessary paperwork and reports.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate issues to appropriate management when required.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
