Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients, including weighing, measuring, and mixing doughs and batters according to recipes.
- Operate and monitor bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to high-quality standards.
- Decorate and finish baked products, ensuring appealing presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Monitor product quality throughout the baking process, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock.
- Package and label finished products accurately for distribution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
