Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures overnight.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage and confirm hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process payments, manage cash float, and accurately balance daily financial transactions.
- Perform routine security checks and monitor hotel premises to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Prepare daily reports, maintain guest records, and update administrative logs.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately, providing information as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area throughout the shift.
- Handle wake-up calls and special requests to enhance guest experience.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest needs.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
