Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and segregate soiled laundry items according to type, colour, and client specifications.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and finishing equipment (e.g., ironers, folders) safely and efficiently.
- Monitor laundry cycles and adjust machine settings as required for optimal cleaning and fabric care.
- Perform quality checks on all laundered items, ensuring they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Fold, press, and package clean linen meticulously for client delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to all company health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly to supervision.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Contribute positively to a cohesive and productive night shift team.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently during night shifts.
