Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, updating system records accurately.
- Process and organize shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and manifests.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse personnel, and other team members regarding shipment statuses and issues.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist with inventory checks and reconciliation as needed during the night shift.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with shipments or documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all operations.
- Support the overall night shift operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
