Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure during night hours.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment malfunctions, diagnosing issues and executing effective repairs.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and installations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure all work is carried out in strict accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage and organize tools, spare parts, and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and handover detailed reports for the incoming shift.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a maintenance assistant or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
