Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Accurately complete production logs and other necessary documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Courtenay facility for night shifts.
