Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and learn from experienced Night Shift Supervisors, understanding daily operational procedures and leadership techniques.
- Assist in coordinating night shift activities, including task assignment, workflow management, and resource allocation.

- Support the enforcement of company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
