Key Responsibilities
- Shadow experienced Night Shift Supervisors to learn operational procedures, company policies, and best practices.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring night shift activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Learn to oversee and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
- Actively participate in ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Contribute to maintaining quality control standards and identifying potential areas for process improvement.
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and basic administrative tasks related to shift performance.
- Learn to respond to and help resolve minor operational issues or conflicts under direct supervision.
- Develop foundational understanding of inventory management, equipment operation, and facility maintenance during night hours.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
