Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Support patients with feeding and hydration needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including changing bed linens.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team regarding patient status and needs.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to patient call signals and requests for assistance.
- Document care provided and observations made in patient records as instructed.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety protocols, infection control policies, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
