As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing students’ participation in school activities, promoting their independence, and supporting their academic and social development.

You will work directly with students from various age groups and with diverse needs, including those with fine motor difficulties, sensory processing challenges, visual motor integration issues, self-regulation needs, and activities of daily living (ADL) concerns. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas of need, developing individualized intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies tailored to each student’s unique profile. This role requires a blend of clinical skill, creative problem-solving, and excellent communication to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other school personnel.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about pediatric practice within an educational context, eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team, and committed to continuous professional growth. You will have the opportunity to design and lead group interventions, provide individual therapy sessions, consult with teachers on classroom modifications and strategies, and educate families on supporting their child’s development at home. Your contributions will directly influence student success by addressing barriers to learning and participation, ultimately empowering them to engage more fully in their educational journey and daily routines. This position offers a unique chance to shape positive outcomes in a supportive, dynamic school setting, where your therapeutic skills are truly valued and integrated into the fabric of student life.
