Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Oversee office correspondence, including mail, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-efficiency.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, expense reports, and invoice processing.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
  • Support HR functions such as new employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  • Facilitate internal communication and ensure office policies are adhered to.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed for projects and daily operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
