Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.

- Sort and distribute incoming mail, and prepare outgoing mail and packages.

- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organized, and presentable.
