Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing general information as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using standard office software.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
  • Support various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by senior staff.
  • Ensure the office common areas are tidy and organized.
  • Operate standard office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
