Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, meeting rooms, and individual workstations.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing items as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and basic data entry.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and ensuring refreshments are available.
